For Fertility Clients

First appointment: 2 hours duration
Cost: $160
It is necessary for both partners to be present at the initial consultation.
Please note, if you are booking an appointment for fertility purposes please let us know so we can book you in for the 2 hour consult period. Kimberly also requires a detailed fertility health questionnaire to be completed before the consultation and brought with you to your first appointment.  This can be posted or emailed to you or alternatively, you can download the questionnaire here:

For Women’s Health, General Health, Athletes and other Non-fertility Clients

First appointment: 1 hour duration
Cost: $100
Please note, at the beginning of your initial consultation there is a general health form to fill in which will take 4-5mins to complete. To maximise your consultation time, please try to arrive a couple of minutes early to complete this form.  Alternatively you can download the general health questionnaire here:
